Our Program

At Rita’s Bright Beginnings, we offer thoughtfully designed programs that support each stage of early childhood—from infants to preschoolers. Every classroom is rooted in play-based learning, guided by nurturing teachers, and built to promote confidence, creativity, and curiosity.

We know every child develops at their own pace, which is why our approach combines structure with flexibility—encouraging exploration while meeting important developmental milestones.

Our Curriculum

We proudly use the Experience Curriculum—a play-based, research-backed approach that encourages creativity, hands-on discovery, and early academic skills. Through our partnership with Brightwheel, parents can stay connected with their child’s daily learning, see photos, and track milestones in real time. Every activity is thoughtfully planned to spark curiosity and promote confidence in a joyful and engaging way.

Our Teachers

At Rita’s Bright Beginnings, we know that the quality of a program begins with the quality of its people. That’s why we are deeply committed to hiring and supporting early childhood educators who are not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also passionate about nurturing young minds.

Each classroom is led by full-time teachers who bring consistency, care, and creativity to their roles every day. We also have dedicated floaters who move between rooms to provide extra support, ensure smooth transitions, and maintain the warm, calm environment our children deserve.

We consider our team to be thriving superstar teachers—because we prioritize their growth just as much as the children’s. Through ongoing training, collaborative planning, and a supportive work culture, our staff is empowered to thrive professionally and personally. A thriving teacher means a thriving classroom—and that’s the foundation of everything we do.
